There are some apps that are still not supported by LightFlow on its full version.
I would like to have an option to set a LED color for notifications of that non-supported-apps. So we would be notified of every app not supported with the same color, but at least we would be notified. Now we are losing that notifications.112 votes
Please add support for Root Call Manager.
It would be cool, if Lightflow could add Threema support for contact notifications.
Threema is a secure Android messenger.80 votes
Android Wear receives notifications based on the apps notification settings. If you have disabled vibration and sounds within an app so the apps notifications can be controlled via Light Flow, Android Wear no longer receives notifications for the app. It would be helpful to add the ability to "Send to Wear" in the Light Flow notification options, similar to the "Send to Pebble" option.74 votes
Gmail, google talk, etc are all accessible on browsers, other tablets, etc. When you view an email on your pc browser android will clear the notification on your device, but light flow will keep the notification until you clear it on each device. Please sync notifications like android.65 votes
This is exactly what it should be doing already. Sometimes there can be a delay if the sync notification takes a while to come through. Note it only works on gmail and gtalk, but not standard email
Actions the plug-in could provide could be:
Create a Notification/Alert
Clear LED Notifications
Enable/Disable Sleep Mode
Enable/Disable Instant Alert
Notification Methods (Battery and Charging)
And a state/event the plugin could add:
"Clear Notifications Clicked"
This plugin would allow people to do things like having custom notification preferences per contact in apps other than Talk/Gmail/Phone. It would also eliminate the conflict that occurs with using Tasker's built in LED notifier option.61 votes
When Phone is in pocket or upside down turn off all light notifications using the proximity sensor57 votes
It drains battery and turns handicap sounds in accessibility settings. Please fix.57 votes
The talkback bug has been confirmed by samsung as a bug in their accessibility service which they have a fix for that they plan to release in their “next release”
I need settings profiles. I would like to choose between profiles with Llama. At home I want different notifications than on the road or office. When I am at home I will use my tablet (Nexus 7) more than my phone (Galaxy Nexus). The situation right now is that when I read a message on my tablet, the LED stays on on my phone. I have to clear the notification on the phone, while I all ready read the message. So if it woul be possible to en/disable some notifications in different locations (with or without/ Llama/Locale) that would be nice.

I totally agree with what’s been said. My plan is for version 4 of the app to have full profile support (or at least the basics to get things started). I’d like to add a manual widget plus events to automatically switch profiles (such as llama has). There’s already hooks between light flow and llama that will be possible (once I’ve added profiles) to allow profile changes in Llama to hook up to automatically changing lightflow profiles as well.
It does need thorough thought though to make sure it works in a sensible way.
Having individual settings for applications is absolutely awesome for fine tuned control. However, this requires implementing virtually every app into Light Flow which is obviously a time consuming process. What I would like to see is a set of global options for notifications. In other words I could set just the LED blink speed or other settings for the device and this would allow apps to function with their own normal settings and in most cases not even need to set up a profile for the app.51 votes
Allow for separate gmail accounts (or any type of notification listed in the notifications list) to have different sleep setting time windows. A bonus would be having a 1x1 widget to toggle the individual sleep window on or off.47 votes
This is planned for version 4 (well profiles are which would allow for this kind of thing)
I.e. change text sound and/or LED color for group contacts like Family, Work, etc... or be able to setup a group of contacts in app to have the same sound or LED color.34 votes

Sony Released APIs for the Illumination Bar on Xperia Devices.
Official annoucement: http://developer.sonymobile.com/2013/06/20/new-experimental-illumination-bar-api-available
News on XDA-Dev: http://www.xda-developers.com/android/apis-released-for-the-illumination-bar-on-xperia-devices
A lot of Xperia users are struggling with their devices to get the LEDs going properly and Lightflow is one of the only apps to get the job right most of the time.
This was just to make you aware of the new Sony API (in case you guys missed it) so it can be integrated as soon as possible into Lightflow.33 votes
please add support for EvolveSMS application notifications.
Link for app is:
Afaik you can select only one global notification setting / led color for k9-mail. Please allow individual settings for each email account in k9-mail.31 votes
Add incoming call function, custom patters/two colors for one app notification, speed of blinking, and to be continued....
Definitely have an incoming call function for when someone calls, your LED can do ROYGBV, or whatever color, second, being able to use two colors for a single app notification (Ex. blue/white for text messages (all forms), blue/orange for FaceBook, red/blue for missed calls, etc.), third we can adjust the speed of the blinking LED, and last but not least, how about being able to have the LED blinking EVEN IF THE SCREEN IS ON since some phones do the oppossite.30 votes
at first I need to say that your app is really great!
I'd love to see a similar feature for Telegram like the one you already developed for WhatsApp. I'm speaking about contact specific notifications. That would be extremely cool.
Thanks :)30 votes
Could you email me as you might be able to help me check if it’s possible
